People Operations

As the Director of People Operations, Katie works with leaders at Aptima to maintain and foster a culture where employees can develop and grow professionally.  She oversees the multiple arms of PeopleOps, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation.  In addition, Katie is passionate about continuous learning and development for employees, as well as building strategic hiring and talent attraction strategies.

Prior to making the decision to shift her career trajectory and move into her first People Operations role in 2015, Katie was a practicing attorney, focused in Estate Planning and Probate Administration.  She earned her JD from Suffolk University Law School and holds B.A. degrees in Political Science and Spanish from College of the Holy Cross.
