A federal contracting vehicle that allows government agencies to rapidly acquire products, technologies, and services that stem from Aptima’s prior Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) work. As a Phase III vehicle, it is specifically designed to transition proven SBIR-developed innovations into operational use, supporting expansion, enhancement, and commercialization without the need for re-competition. The IDIQ structure provides broad flexibility for issuing task orders as needs arise, enabling agencies — particularly within the Department of War — to procure advanced R&D, engineering, and human-performance solutions efficiently and at scale.
