Aegis Training and Readiness Center (ATRC) Aegis Tactical Action Officer (ATAO) Course: PROPEL for ATAO captures and analyzes observer-based trainee performance data to drive tailored performance-driven recommendations about the optimal complexity of the next scenario to keep trainees in their zone of proximal development. These data driven recommendations are paired with a compelling after-action review (AAR) tool to allow instructors to provide easy-to-understand visualizations of a trainee’s performance immediately following a scenario.
Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Multipurpose Reconfigurable Training System (MRTS)-3D: PROPEL for MRTS 3D provides intelligent recommendations and projected skill decay models, based on continuous and holistic performance assessment, to help maximize trainee skill retention beyond training.
